About the Journal
DAKSA is derived from the (Bahasa Sansekerta) Daksa, which means capable or competent. DAKSA is a scientific journal containing a collection of articles in the fields of office administration, business, and management. It serves as a medium for disseminating knowledge and insights to enhance the competence of readers, particularly those engaged in the field of office administration. The articles published in this journal are based on the research and analyses conducted by students of the Office Administration Study Program, Universitas Tarakanita.
