This study discusses the implementation of digital archives as an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources Division at PT SAF Indonusa. Observations and assessments were conducted by directly participating in various administrative activities, such as creating and managing employment contract documents, archiving employee data, and distributing correspondence related to the employment process. The main focus of this research was the transition from a manual filing system to a digital system. The conclusion of this research is that the use of digital archives can speed up the data search process, maintain document neatness and security, and minimize the risk of file loss or damage. Digital systems allow for faster and more flexible data access, especially in supporting data-driven decision making. Archive digitization not only supports work productivity, but also plays an important role in creating a professional, organized work environment that is adaptive to developments in information technology in the modern era.
