This study explores the role of internal activities in strengthening organizational culture at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin). The research aims to understand how internal activities function as cultural communication media in supporting the global One Telin Transformation. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with a number of informants from three employee levels, non-participant observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results reveal that internal activities such as Townhall, BoD Talks, and the Calendar of Culture Activation serve not only as information channels but also as spaces for sensemaking and two-way dialogue. These activities strengthen the internalization of the “Great” and “Akhlak” values and help build a collective identity across global entities. In conclusion, internal activities act as strategic communication instruments that drive organizational culture strengthening during Telin's transformation. For future research, it is recommended to explore the specific impact of each type of internal activity on particular cultural dimensions or to conduct comparative studies in similar multinational companies.
