The study analyzed the framing meaning of resiliency in the popular podcast "Being Human" episode "Boring with Survival Words." Using the Pan and Kosicki framing analysis approach (syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical structures), this descriptive qualitative study examines how podcast narratives construct "survival" meanings that are often considered cliches. Research results show that podcasts successfully reconstruct "survival" frames from weakness or compulsion into intrinsic and hidden forces. Through narrative-reflective syntax, a script flow that guides the listener from saturation to enlightenment, the development of a theme of resiliency as a latent power, as well as a poetic and repetitive rhetorical style, the podcast effectively changes audience perception. The meaning of resiliency is described as the fundamental capacity of each individual to adapt, fortify, and move forward amid the harsh realities of life, which are often unaware and appreciated. The journal highlights the important role of digital media in shaping public understanding of mental health issues.
