Archival management is a crucial element in supporting administrative efficiency, especially in organizations with high document volumes such as the Sales Operation Division of PT XYZ. This study aims to evaluate the existing archiving procedures, identify challenges, and design digital-based solutions through the implementation of the SAP system. A qualitative descriptive approach was used with data collection methods including observation, interviews, literature reviews, and direct practice. The results show that digital archiving increased efficiency by up to 60% and significantly reduced the risk of document loss. Major obstacles, such as the disorganization of physical archives and technical issues within the SAP system, were resolved through the implementation of new procedures and intensive training for administrative staff. This research provides practical guidelines for companies to optimize archival management, which not only enhances productivity but also supports operational sustainability.
