Abstract

This research is the result of observations, interviews, and practical industrial work conducted by the author at the Directorate of Community Engagement of the National Narcotics Agency, focusing on ineffective communication. The author utilizes the 4P method (People, Place, Policy, Process) to delineate the causes of the occurring problems. The outcomes of this problem analysis are compiled into a report titled "The Effectiveness of Communication Flow in Information Dissemination at the Directorate of Community Engagement."
