Abstract

The flow of organizational communication to create work effectiveness is the subject of discussion in this journal. The research objective is that there is professionalism among employees, creating a good corporate image, and also advancing the company by creating good performance and not creating other problems for other employees. The method used is fishbone by applying 4 procedures in the form of people, policy, place, and procedure.
